Role 1:
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project / Product Manager with 5+ years of experience, including hands-on transition management, to lead and manage complex client engagements. This role is critical in ensuring smooth transitions of projects, processes, or services from clients or incumbent vendors into Solytics Partners’ delivery ecosystem while maintaining service continuity, quality, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, experience in analytics/technology programs, and the ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Transition Management

Lead end-to-end transition planning and execution for new client engagements, including scope definition, knowledge transfer, governance setup, and risk mitigation.
Develop and manage detailed transition plans, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
Ensure seamless handover from client or incumbent vendors to Solytics delivery teams with minimal disruption.

Project & Program Delivery

Manage multiple projects or programs simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project plans, milestones, resource requirements, and delivery frameworks.
Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.

Stakeholder & Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during transition and delivery phases.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, senior leadership, and internal teams.
Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and regular status reporting.

Team & Resource Management

Coordinate with analytics, data science, technology, and operations teams for delivery readiness.
Manage onboarding and ramp-up of delivery teams during transition phases.
Drive accountability, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.

Process & Quality Governance

Ensure adherence to internal delivery standards, compliance requirements, and client SLAs.
Implement best practices in project management, documentation, and change control.
Support audits, regulatory expectations, and client quality reviews where applicable.
Key Requirements:
Experience & Background
5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management roles.
Mandatory experience in transitions (client transitions, vendor transitions, process transitions, or delivery transitions).
Experience working in analytics, data, technology, or financial services environments.
Project Management Skills
Strong knowledge of project/program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
Stakeholder & Communication Skills
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Risk, Compliance, AML, Model Risk, or Regulatory Analytics domains.
Exposure to global delivery models and offshore/onshore transitions.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred, not mandatory).
Experience working with AI/ML or data-driven projects.

We are looking for an experienced Product/Project Manager who can drive end-to-end technology project delivery in fast-paced and dynamic environments. The ideal candidate should be strong in client management, stakeholder coordination, and execution under ambiguity, while working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects from initiation to closure
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans
  • Drive execution across cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and business teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals

End-to-End Product Implementation

  • Lead full lifecycle implementation of products from kickoff to go-live.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
  • Drive requirement gathering, solution planning, configuration, integration, UAT, and deployment.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of the product by client teams.
  • Manage change requests and scope adjustments with proper impact assessment.
  • Ensure go-live readiness including documentation, training, and support handover.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership.
  • Conduct governance meetings, steering committees, and regular status updates.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations proactively and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Escalate risks and issues in a timely and structured manner.
  • Ensure alignment between client objectives and internal delivery capabilities

Handling Dynamic / Chaotic Environments

  • Manage changing priorities, unclear requirements, and evolving business needs
  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations
  • Proactively identify risks and manage escalations before they impact delivery
  • Drive decision-making and resolve conflicts across teams

Technical Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical challenges and dependencies
  • Facilitate technical discussions and translate business needs into actionable delivery plans
  • Track technical deliverables, integrations, and release schedules
  • Ensure alignment between technical feasibility and client expectations

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Coordinate distributed and cross-functional teams
  • Drive accountability, ownership, and execution discipline
  • Remove blockers and enable teams to deliver efficiently

  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management within technology-driven environments
  • Strong experience managing enterprise or product-based technology projects
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects in high-pressure or rapidly changing environments
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
